Nuts and Bolts

This property, built in 1899, was bank-owned before we acquired it.  It had been empty for about two years.  Before that time, it was rental property and according to the neighbor, housed several tenants over the past decade, some decent, some not so decent.  When our neighbor was a lad, he remembers fondly the older couple who lived in the house and what a lovely property it used to be.  Apparently the old guy used to meticulously paint the split rail fences each summer and had high standards for keeping the house nice, inside and out.  We hope to bring this battered place back to life and make it our family's home for years to come.  But first, it has to be made livable again.
